    Default Anyone else putting wristbands in a Faraday Cage?

    Getting pretty paranoid about being tracked? Faraday cage that shit.

    That chip in your wristband will be used to scan the wristband and thus allow you access to the festival grounds –in other words, the chip is your ticket to the show.

    Do not destroy it, otherwise you won't be allowed into the premises.

    Also, it is highly unlikely that no one is trying to track your steps (not the KGB, nor the CIA, nor some obscure consumer-tendencies conglomerate who wants to know how much time you spent at each tent in order to let the performers know what age-group/ethnicity or any other demographic that can be displayed in some sort of infograph; and that's because NONE of that information is contained in your chip.)

    Your bio-metrics are secure inside the Coachella Haven.
