I've seen the following legendary guitarists up close - Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, Brian May, Ronnie Wood, Keith Richards and Randy Rhodes - (I throw Randy Rhodes in because I have fond memories as a teenager watching him with Quiet Riot @ The Starwood in Hollywood in the late 70's) JACK WHITE IS CLEARLY ONE OF THEM!!!! He has past up any guitarists/singer/songwriters in the game today!!!!
That's the act that this festival needs - and The Black Keys and everybody else can just have fun and take notes.
