Rooms for rent $400 per room, 2 available, 1.5 miles from venue

Two bedrooms for rent, we are asking for $400 per bedroom, for the weekend April 13-15 & 20-22, 2012, you can leave until Monday morning 10 am, just let us know beforehand. We require a deposit of $100 paid through PayPal and the balance of $300 cash upon arrival, max 3 people per room. Bedrooms have a queen size bed, ceiling fan and AC, and you are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room, we can e-mail pictures of the bedrooms. Our development is walking distance (1.5 m) to the Coachella Fest venue, a pharmacy, bank, and fast food restaurants within walking distance.
