Thanks for ignoring my change of address request then charging me a $20 fee because I caught your error. They claimed to send me a response email, but failed to provide it. BS. I should have followed up, but thought the papertrail would have been enough for them to pay the fee they caused me. I'm glad I caught it and didn't lose my tickets in the mail. Find a new ticket vendor Coachella!

Yesterday, I checked my email and saw that my ticket was being sent to my old Vegas apartment. Called front-gate to let them know. I was told that I had changed my mailing address but not my shipping address. WTF? I didnt have that option. The only option I had was to change the mailing address. Fast forward to a couple of hours ago, I had to fork over 20 bucks for a delivery intercept and address change. FUCKERS.

Exactly. They let you change the billing address yet make you call in to change delivery address so they can collect $20.

That's because you changed it before they shipped the tickets.

If your change of address is ineffective (like mine was), and they ship to the wrong address, UPS charges frontgate to reroute the package. Frontgate passes the fee on to you.

Allegedly they don't provide you with a change-shipping-address option on the website "for security reasons".

It would be nice if the website TOLD YOU THAT.
