They were lame the whole time, sound or not. Worst part was when the MC had everyone get down to the ground for awhile, leading you to expect some legendary drop. Ended up being one of the most underwhelming part of any set that weekend. Thank god the Sahara was in good hands afterwards.

How do you know it was their fault? Just curious, that seems like something that's extremely noticeable if it was on their end that they would have fixed early on in the set.

Anytime I was in the Sahara last year, I hung out right at the sound booth. Talked to the sound guys after, and he said it was a problem on their end, didn't get into specifics. Everyone kept yelling at him too, and after a while he just started saying fuck off its not me.

Wrong. They forgot/lost their own fucking bass. It was bad because they are bad, but also because a major component of the sound that they claim to cultivate wasn't even at their set.
