Passes are being sent out

I have two separate orders:

1) (2) Weekend #1 GA passes, Car Camping spot, Car Camping Companion pass *(this order was placed first during pre-sale)
2) Weekend #1 GA pass (this order was placed 15 minutes after my other order during pre-sale)


The 2nd order I placed has been sent out and I have received the shipping notice. I have not received any shipping notice for the other order (placed 1st) and on the frontgate website it indeed says that the passes from my other order have not been sent out yet.

I find it odd that the first order I made has not been sent out when the 2nd order I made has been sent out... orders were only placed 10-15 minutes apart too.

Edit: oops! Orders were actually placed an hour and a half apart. This makes it seem even more odd.

maybe they started shipping the ones without camping passes first? since the camping passes are tied to a wristband, perhaps that box needed extra instructions/an extra step?

2 orders will be shipped separately and it will take a few weeks to get all the orders out. they did start with simpler orders. such as single wristband orders. and international. so everyone just relax.

Has anyone who ordered two passes received anything yet? I'm hopeful that there will be two box/sticker/swag so my brother and I can have one. I got 4 last year... Which was a bit much, but each wristband should get one

They are different colors and say C1 or C2. You could go back a page or so if you want spoilers... But yes they are specific to your weekend.

This is so awesome that it bears repeating. I've been using this service for a couple of months and I love love love it. Sign up now if you want to have an easy and stress-free package delivery.

You can set it to send you text messages (or emails or voicemails) whenever any UPS package is on its way whether you already have a tracking number or not. It gives you the tracking info so you can then track it online as well. It can text you when your package is out for delivery to your house, can text you when its been delivered, and once they've tried once at your delivery address, it lets you go online to change its destination, including having it delivered to any UPS store rather than trying at your delivery address over and over. Then you can pick it up there at your leisure. It's seriously improved my life and I'm totally not stressing about Coachella pass/ticket delivery for the first time since 2005. Wunderbar.

I am glad to hear someone else has tried this. I signed up for this yesterday and just changed the shipping address to the closest UPS store and it let me without a first attempt.
