Sorry guys, although Dani's photo would indicate that they are getting the passes ready to ship, the info on my order is currently incorrect and my pass has not been sent out quite yet. I did get a tracking email from UPS, but it's just in the beginning process before it physically gets shipped. Either way, it would seem they are coming very soon.

From the time you receive your tracking email from UPS and/or your frontgate account says your package has shipped, your package will be en-route within the next BUSINESS day. If you are trying to track your package and get an error please wait until the next day and you should be able to see its status. I've received no email. I assume that just means it was packed.

Although the party isn't for seven weeks so I've already put far too much effort into thinking about it.

I sure hope mine arrives while I am home. My neighbors wouldn't steal my package. I'm just a bit worried about the signature required thing. I suppose one of my neighbor could sign for it. They have no idea what Coachella is and would have no reason to steal my tickets.

Been like that for months. I wrote to ask about it and update the address...they updated the address and sent me a normal receipt, and I got a receipt when the last payment went through, but it does not instill confidence.

Probably the $0.00 total. I was also quite frustrated that Frontgate could not provide me with a receipt showing the full amount as paid, because I added a camping pass to my order and they took my last monthly payment early. All I get is a receipt showing my last payment as "cancelled" on the day that I made it (Jan. 13). I've spoken with them numerous times and have been assured the tickets are secure, and even got an email with the confirmation code of my last payment, but no true receipt saying "Balance - $0.00". Pretty weird...

Anyways, back to the shipping of the tickets.

Yes, exactly, and good to know it's not just me. But I didn't know that until just now, and when I asked about it in the address change exchange, they didn't tell me it was normal. What is the point of an online receipt that doesn't show what you ordered or how much you paid?

It was a regular receipt up until December or so, and it was updated with each payment. Then it just went blank.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but the address I gave them is to our new house that is still currently empty. There are workers there occasionally, but I doubt anybody will be there all day March 1st.

Usually, UPS tries a few times before they make you go to their office to pick up packages.
