    Default Passes are being sent out

    I received an email just now stating I had a shipment coming from UPS, but there weren't many details in the tracking info. So I logged into frontgate to check and it shows that a pass was sent out today.

    oooh, I just got done changing my ship to address to my work today because I was worried they would leave it on my patio or something. Perfect timing it seems. Yay!

    It didn't allow me when I did it. It can be done by calling frontgate directly. It took me no more than 2 minutes.

    I just responded to the last receipt email I got and asked how to go about it. Greg was very kind to inform me that all I needed to do was email them my 8 digit order number (found on your receipt), the last four of your cc you ordered with and the new address you want it sent to.     They're a little busy now, probably because people have noticed they've started shipping them out. So try the email unless you have time to spare waiting on hold.

    Took me about 30 min for them to answer, and about 2 minutes to change the delivery address.

    ok so ? are you really saying that you got an email that said some are shipped and then some arent shipped? because then that would be something i could try to find out about. but so far you were talking about orders showing up in front gate, then you changed it to saying the website says that 2 tickets are not shipped. i didnt even know the website stated "tickets not shipped".
