COMPLAINT~~Ticketmaster NOT selling Tix UPDATE YOUR SITE

Ticketmaster is not selling Coachella tix and haven't been since Dr. Toliet yanked the promo from them. I guess it finally dawned on him that he was being ripped off. HELLO... how many ARTISTS have YANKED CONCERTS for doing the same S***? Do you NOT keep up with current events?

SPeaking of Current EVENTS... WHY IN THE H E Double Toothpicks has the website NOT BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THIS CHANGE?

I was told by Tickemaster customer care that there ARE STILL 3 DAY PASSES AVAILABLE at the door.

I don't know about you but I am disabled and don't feel like wheeling my way through the crowd just to get my tickets when I tried to get them "early".

I am very disappointed in the way this kind of stuff is being handeled.

Why don't you update your website?

Why haven't you made the connection that Ticketmaster Sux?

Why are you with the SAME promoter? They have been inconsistent (not providing ENOUGH Handicap accomidations (if you tried being wheeled through a grass field? Some kind of ramps or little planks of wood like a cho cho track would be vastly appreciated), pulling tickets at the "last minute" so he makes more money and causes all kinds of Chaos. Go to plsn.com if you want to see what's going on in staging and lighting if you want THE BEST... I mean you guys are busting your asses to get things to work and why are the things that need to be provided done? Do you want me to consult for you to tell you what needs to be done?

It's been one year since we came to Coachella (I mean who really wanted to see Madonna after having a lineup like Prodigy, Bauhaus, and NIN the previous year) and you would think they would have signed up for a merchant account with their bank, PAID a GREAT WEBMASTER OR ACTUALLY LISTENED TO YOUR WEBMASTER IN THAT YOU COULD TAKE TRANSACTIONS VIA THE NET AND PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY PAY or even hire a bloated company like Verio to set up your shopping cart and let them admin that part of the site. I bet they are a lot cheaper than TICKETMASTER.

Is it too hard to ask to get my crip tickets BEFORE Coachella so I do NOT have to wheel myself through the line to buy tickets GOLDENVOICE has not provided? I mean when you have it on your website that crip tickets are available and they are not it leaves a sour taste in my mouth already.

I doubt anyone in the ether is going to keep up with this but it would be nice to get some explainations and I am tired of writing this complaint.

My friend had no trouble keeping up with ticket sales on ticketmaster. Everyone's known that the tickets have been sold out for a long time. Also, everyone knows that ticketmaster blows. That's why people call it ticketbastard, and ticketmolestor. Being able to get tickets at the door is gonna make a handful of people very happy. If you don't feel like wheeling yourself out there, get someone else to go for you.

Not as sorry as I am for not having a ticket to an event where the promoter pulled the sale of tickets for an event ticketmaster was supposed to fill. I don't think I'm asking too much here... They told me you guys pulled the contract and wouldn't allow them to finish yet you don't update your website so these things read true. You supposidly had some tickets for people with disabilities and if you didn't get your tix those 2 weeks of offering Ticketmaster selling them then you don't get shit. NOT COOL.

All I want is to pay for my tickets and get them and have my little disability stage so we have enough room to fit everybody. And a place to move easier would be nice.

If you really work there then I would love to be contacted about this snafu. I'm sure you have VIP tix left. Does that mean you have VIP for disabled people?

Is that too much to ask? If you work there can I call anyone or write anyone that matters? I am positive there is something someone can do there besides telling everyone the tickets are sold out.
