Does he not realize I'm trying to hang out with him or what??

So basically, I'm debating if it would be ok to ask if he still wants to hang tonight. (Roommate wants to get food after, so I don't want to say no to her until I know about tonight.) Seeing as how he didn't respond well last night, am I right to assume he doesn't want to hang out anymore tonight after this UCB show? Should I just not contact him and go out with my roommate?

Perhaps he is shy? Maybe he was watching a movie with HIS roommate? Don't set yourself up with other plans because you're setting yourself up to have an easy out incase your anxiety hits again.

Maybe tell your roomie you'd like a date with this guy to the show that's sold out? I'm sure she'd be willing to give up her ticket instead of hearing about how your vag isn't being pounded as much as you want it to be.

Also "what are you doing" makes it seem more like you want to option him, and plenty of guys in LA are already jaded at being some girls option rather than focus.
