Yeah I saw the update and my reaction was damn. Oh well good thing I went with my gut and got tickets to their own show.
Their facebook event said 7 pm to 10 pm this whole time, so should we trust these ranges?

As long as they don't conflict with Kasabian, I'm there. Noel was great last week but imo Kasabian was better. And Miike Snow's new stuff was kind of boring at SXSW.

I am glad I got tickets to their la tuesday show, because otherwise 8:45 is very likely to crash into a conflict with an awesome act on the outdoor or main. But a night kasabian set in a tent is going to be epic... So if they go 8:45 to let's say 9:40, we could have someone hit a 10:05. I think it would make total sense to put the kaiser chiefs on either side of this kasabian performance.

I think Godspeed would be a great post kasabian set in the Mojave... Kaiser chiefs > Kasabian > Godspeed.

Well I was never invited. Right now it seems I'm tent camping it by my lonesome. Most of my friends are staying in hotels (which I wasn't going to pay for).

12pm is just a very general coachella start time. I don't take this as any assurance that they go on at noon, or that they are conflict free in a tent.

I think its more of a sign that Saturday night is going to be the biggest clusterfuck. Plus, I assume that I'll be at the main stage 11-1, so I'm really hoping everyone I want to see plays before then. But that doesn't really make much sense, time-wise.

So then are you assuming that the main will go shins > Bon Iver > Radiohead? That means you think the outdoor will probably go Jeff magnum > ???? > Godspeed? I don't see that. I have no idea why you wouldn't put Godspeed on at ten in the Mojave, it is the perfect spot for them. Though st. Vincent might bridge that gap between them nicely on the outdoor. But then where the hell is fiest? Afternoon set? Same with Andrew bird? Noel?
