Guys, according to the booklet that we got with our tickets, music will end at 12:30 every night, and the festival grounds closed. Could this be the reason for less than average acts? Are all tents/stages going to end at 12:30?

The festival FAQ on the website said 12:30 last year and the music went till one or later on on Friday and Saturday. I expect it to be the same this year.

Why would Flying Lotus playing the Gobi in the past have any relevance to his likelihood to play in the Mojave this year? Are you suggesting that he wouldn't be relegated to a tent again, or are you saying he can only play in the Gobi since that was where he played before? Clearly the answer is no, the person who drafted the mock set times does not think that SBTRKT will play during the day/sunset or else he would have placed him there. I'm not terribly familiar with Andrew Bird's popularity but I suspect he's too big for the Gobi. I think it's unlikely that Godspeed will conflict with Radiohead.

Is this fo real? First off, Flying Lotus didn't close the gobi last time, he was second to last. Second, its MoJave. Third, why would someone being in a specific tent the first time be regulated to the same one? All retardedness

Next, why the fuck would SBTRKT play in the day? Does his music fit a daytime vibe? No. Are there plenty of other bands who can fill this diurnal void? Yes.

What what what? Andrew Bird will not be in the Gobi. Mark that down on your colander. I would be very surprised if he played anywhere other than the outdoor, but there is an outside chance he lands in a night Mojave spot.

How about Tijuana Panthers opening the Outdoor and bumping everything up an hour? I don't think the Outdoor needs to be shut down for Bon Iver.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is a curve ball. Probably early Gobi. How about moving SBTRKT to Mojave before Flylo, bumping everything down about 50 minutes. I also don't see Childish Gambino playing that late if he is in the Mojave.
