I switched them because a scenario where M83 overlapped with Pulp would result in Pulp having an embarrassingly sparse crowd since all the kids will want to hear "Midnight City" and therefore just camp at the outdoor. And post-rock is best served in darkness.

I would love this schedule, but it doesnt look very realistic to me. Thing that stood out to me the most is James on the Outdoor that early. I think they will either be early on the mainstage, or late in the mojave.

And TheKlein... what is there not to understand about the Madness vs. The Black Keys conflict?

Looks really good. The only thing I would change is Neon Indian and The Horrors. I think Neon Indian> The Rapture would make a lot of sense and it would be a great way to end the night.

I think giving m83 the sunset outdoor slot makes perfect sense - overall, this looks really good

but I wonder if the Horrors would conflict with Refused? based on the Horrors' earlier stuff, it seems like they might have similar fan bases - maybe switch Horrors with Neon Indian?

I personally want Madness to be late night on the Outdoor and think it is very likely, considering that is where they were supposed to play in 2008. BUT, since The Specials on the mainstage in 2010 seemed to work out well, and this is Madness' first show in North America in 6 years, I also think there is a good chance they end up on the main.

No way they close the Mojave though.

I agree wholeheartedly, no Neon Indian and Pulp conflict is great, and the M. Ward spot seems a little early for Madness, maybe put them in the Arctic Monkeys spot and have Arctic Monkeys closing the Outdoor and have Refused conflict with Black Keys? I don't see those two bands sharing any fans.
Oh and switch The Givers and Sheepdogs, Givers have got that happy and semi popular single and I don't want Sheep Dogs to conflict with Breakbot. With these changes Friday would be perfect besides the triple tent fuck of a conflict for the closers.

Edit: I just realized that maybe Arctic Monkeys aren't loud enough to conflict against SHM? Flogging Molly did it find but AM can get pretty quiet

i think mazzy star should be switched with either Maddness or M.Ward. I really think they will be spotlighted. And not sure if M.ward can carry the main stage

Main :sheepdogs>jimmy cliff>Madness>Arctic Monkeys>Pulp>Black Keys>Sweeds..............The outdoor looks pretty good. Maybe get M.ward off the main and put him on the outdoor. Get the midnight beast in the gobi. What do you think of taking james off the outdoor and maybe putting Other lives, yuck or both on the outdoor.

Personally, I think Explosions and M83 should be switched, but in either order, those two, back to back on the Outdoor seems perfect. And damn being able go from roughly Explosions/M83, to Mazzy Star, to Amon Tobin would just be an experience. Possibly an overwhelming experience. Missing Madeon would suck, but alas, one cannot have it all.
