I usually have to slow down 10 mph just to be at the speed limit as I pass! That, or I'm the one that's already pulled over... The absolute worst though, is driving the same way as the cop in front of you and you just know he's being a dick by going slower than the limit and daring you to pass.

If I see the cop is already preoccupied with a pulled over car, I'll slow down to 10 over the posted limit. Also, if the cop in front is going under the speed limit, I will pass on the left if I can do it while going the posted speed limit. Thank goodness for cruise control.
