I highly recommend getting a Kenalog shot if you can. I started doing it a few years ago (it's 1 shot every six months), and my allergies have been virtually non-existent ever since. I can pretty much breathe through both nostrils at all times now, which was never the case before.

The trade-off to the Kenalog fix for symptomatic allergies are the long term sequelae of chronic corticosteroid use. These include type 2 diabetes, hypertension, increased body fat, decreased bone density (osteoporosis), immune system suppression, thinning of the skin, cataracts, and the worst case scenario, adrenal gland suppression (of your own production of cortisol) which can be life threatening. Granted, some of these take months-years to develop but it's a consideration you have to weigh and discuss with your doctor.

If you have not tried it yet, I would start with a topical intra-nasal steroid like Flonase for a couple of months before going straight to the Kenalog shots. Good luck.

As my spouse leaves for work this morning he mentions after taking the dog for a walk that she is "pretty constipated... had trouble doing her poop today but she eventually went". Then later this afternoon the doorbell rings and my dog runs down the stairs to greet it, and when I'm done I shut the door and turn around, and a pretty big piece of poop had flown off her butt from under her tail where it had dangled from her rear and touched god knows what in the house all morning, and now it was just sitting there in the middle of the foyer. I look under her tail and inevitably find a matted hairy poop mess beyond possible contemplation. I cleaned her up but I've had to clean and sanitize the whole bathroom after. Ugh.

Got a bruise during a photo shoot yesterday on my inner upper left arm near bicep. It formed a lump within 15 mins (it didn't hurt so not sure how much time went by when lump was forming, actually). This has never happened before in this order.
