I know they were kind of a joke back in the day with their mellow music, harmonies and friendly easy to sing along lyrics but I can admit they had some great songs. I've been listening to them a lot the past few years. Even their ill-fated comeback EP in 1982 had some good songs. Now what I can't understand is why Danny Hutton and Chuck Negro just won't get along. Come on guys, you are almost 70 years old, start acting like adults, put away your petty differences, quit being so selfish and think of the fans.

That's because the version on the road today is a complete fraud. They're not the same without Chuck Negron. He's one of the most legendary moustaches in rock history and I don't think I could watch them without it.
