This will also work for me I haven't seen AM! since 2007 when they were touring for New Wave... which had a couple good songs. Really disliked White Crosses. I am hopeful that they will play older songs. When I saw them in FL it was like a 5,000 person sing-a-long through about half the set. It was great!

I've seen them tour every one of their albums, and even now they play a VERY varied set. At the White Crosses show I was at they played probably half of As The Eternal Cowboy and definitely "Pints of Guinness Will Make You Strong" and "Baby I'm an Anarchist." if you like them at all, they put on a amazing show.

FYI Metro is extending all train lines until 2AM starting the end of this month! So there's no reason to deal with parking at the event and any out-of-towners can pretty much stay whereever you wanand nto worry about how you're going to get home at night! This is fantastic news!

Yes, it's huge! i'm so happy. Especially since I use the purple line a lot and that usually shuts down way earlier than the Red. My girlfriend and i get stranded at Vermont a lot and have to walk the mile back to Western where she lives often.Why keep the red line going until 12:45 but shut the purple line down at 11:30? Why not! the city makes a lot of decisions that make no fucking sense

Even though I can't attend, I've made a giant playlist of the FYF bands and listen to it on shuffle all the time. Who are Doldrums? Every song I've heard by them has been incredible.

I had only listened to Empire Sound initially and recall not being that crazy about it. I decided to dig a little deeper based on your post because I couldn't remember much about them and, uh, Desk Trickery and Secret Life of Machines are fucking GREAT. They're now a top-tier priority.

EDIT: Uhhh....so I've been sitting here for an hour listening to the wrong Doldrums. I guess there's an old Kranky band from the 90's that is NOT playing FYF Fest. But they have some really great shit!
