Me and a buddy are driving down from Calgary for our first coachella. We expect to use about 500L of gas each way. Sounds expensive but the car is 2 tons of fun and sleeps 4 on the hood. We'll be in car camping.

You should know I got all my craziness from growing up in Vancouver. Before Leaving I am going to try a different carb to milk an extra MPG out of this thing. 1MPG improvement = 80L less gas each way

That is quite the trek (my wife and I race in the Yukon River Quest that starts in Whitehorse.)

Whitehorse has become one of my favorite places to visit, with Coachella also being another.
