I think it sounds fair. Certainly better than someone on Viagogo, Stubhub, etc. selling you a ticket marked up in price extremely.

Please send me a message stating that you purchased a bracelet and I will send you a # with your order.
Not allowed dude. Straight from the FAQ:

Can I use tickets/wristbands/the Coachella name to promote my website/product/event?

No. The Coachella trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the festival's official sponsors (and even they need formal written authorization from the festival's producers).

How is buying $350 worth of for a chance to ENTER the drawing a good deal? If 10 people buy $350 worth of bracelets, one of them wins the raffle and you make $3,500

Sounds like a HUGE scam to me.
With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams; it is still a beautiful world.

What? You can buy a $5 bracelet that costs me $2 to make and I'm still rewarding you with a bracelet if your name is drawn. How is this a scam? Here, I'll do the math for you inspector gadget.

    $350 bracelets - 1 ticket = 0 from where we began
now, take away the amount of supplies needed to make $350 dollars worth of bracelets and we're losing money.

good call on your part though, you need a rock for your investigation skills.
