Regardless when it is, go to San Diego instead if it conflicts! Your friend's probably pissed.

Haha. It's my brother - and I'm seeing him this following weekend. He's coming to LA so we're grabbing lunch before he sees Soundgarden.

Now seems as good as a time as any to get the ball rolling on our next meeting! I'd be willing to host again (we just moved into a larger apartment, so it won't be nearly as cramped this time), but if someone else felt like hosting that would be great too. Drinkey, you mentioned last time that you might be interested - are you guys able to do so?

Perhaps we can shoot for a Saturday in first or second week of May?

We are set up in our home to have guests, but we do not have a record player yet - honestly it's going to be more than 6 months before that happens. having a custom-made island built for our kitchen is going to happen before we are able to spend the money on that.

I was just thinking about this last night. I vote for the 2nd Saturday of May if possible.

it's its a saturday, i'm free on May 18th. The last weekend of May is Memorial Day weekend, so not sure if that's better or worse for people. I'll be in San Diego that weekend.

Everyone should come up here for Memorial day weekend and we can do record club/Mule Days. Mule Days is, as it sounds, a celebration of all things mule. It's bizarre.

Zack's in Detroit the last weekend of May (as am I). If I had to test my getbetter to english translation skills though I'd guess he's talking about the weekend of May 31st.

    Mule Days??? I'm slightly intrigued.

May 31st/June 1st (Friday/Saturday) is open for me. I might see BRMC at the Wiltern, or may opt for the Sunday show in the OC, other than that i'm free.
