Thread: Los Angeles Record Club (is better than SF record club)

Ok guys, I am going. I moved my trip - again.

I MAY be able to host. The thing is, if I do, we would have to follow some ground rules. It's not my house, so no drugz. Booze is fine as long as it doesn't get out of hand. As long as people abide by those things, it could be very cool - I have a big living room and we could have everyone in a chair this time.

Ok guys. I can host at my house February 9th. We will have the house to ourselves, mostly. My place is a bit out of the way for most of you, probably - it's in the 'burbs south of LAX. But if you're willing to make the trip, it should be worth it. I might even have my new speakers and amp installed by then, which would be pretty great.

There's not really great bars around here... but I do know of a couple places we could go after. Alternatively, we could order a pizza, and just eat in.

Everyone who plans on coming, send me a PM with your name and email address. I'll then send out an email to everyone who responded, a few days before the meeting, with the address.

I am out of town that weekend, BUT Heather and I are officially moving in to our new place in 2 weeks! So sometime this spring once we are all set up with furniture and a record player/etc we are going to have an awesome place walking distance from Wurstkuche and other awesome things to host this.

To be honest, I gave up on the idea of the South Bay having anything interesting, besides the beach, at least a decade ago.

I have two cats. One will likely hide the whole time. The other only loves two people in the world, including me, and is a dick to everyone else. He likes to be around people though.
