I think Weeknd won't conflict with ATD-I and Dre & Snoop. I think If anything Weeknd will be early around 6 or 7, ATD-I around 8 or 9 and Snoop and Dre will be on at 10-12... which means you're missing Shadow or splitting sets.

I think the Weeknd will be billed pretty late considering the exclusivity of his performance, unless they give him the main stage. He won't conflict with Dre though, too similar of a crowd. I could definitely see a conflict with DJ Shadow though...

Yeah, Cold Cave was a huge disappointment. I guess I could see the Weeknd booked around sunset, but something makes me doubt it. Then again, DFA was at 6 in the afternoon last year, so who knows.

DJ Shadow said at the beginning of his set he'd have a special surprise.

So about halfway into it I'd guess I started hearing some weird vocals I couldn't really figure out. I kept asking my friends around me if they knew the track cause he'd been mixing some really interesting stuff before that (my favorite was probably A$AP Rocky vs UNKLE). Zack's vocals are really distinctive so it was pretty noticeable something was up. He was rapping/yelling over a track and then about a minute and a half later he himself came out and hyped up the crowd while throwing down some rhymes for a good 3 or 4 minutes.

Insane.
