Well, I sent them an email about changing an address yesterday, and they replied by saying that they are in the process of being dispatched. Not sure where in the process that means, but it's something.

I thought all international orders were willcall.

Internationals are willcall unless per request.

(They only had one address form and I was billing to Asia though physically in the states, so I had to email WASTE and ask for a change shortly after.)

I ordered festival passes through WASTE and shuttle passes through FrontGate so don't worry if you haven't gotten an email yet. I finally got ab email yesterday for shuttle passes and another email just now for festival passes for weekend 1 - will arrive Friday and Monday respectively.
