They were great, especially the vocal harmonies of course.

Weekend 1 . Right Middle

I watched them today and was shocked that I loved them. At first they reminded me of Little House on the Prairie with their outfits and looks. But they brought on the great music and the crowd loved them.
I was there too, and I thought they were awesome. What technical difficulties were they having? I couldn't tell... was there something wrong with the keyboard? I was up pretty close and everything sounded good to me.
Their set was by far one of my favorites this past weekend. I thought they showed just how talented they are when they overcame the keyboard problems that occurred. It was nice hearing that mini acoustic set in the middle. Then I went to meet them at the Zia tent to get a vinyl signed and take a picture and they were so nice to talk to. Very friendly. I love everything about this band.
Definitely one of the best shows I saw !!
We used a lot of band aids and even did some mild surgery using antiseptic wipes and a scalpel.
Good thing I brought my first aid kit
it was beautiful.

DSCI3487.jpg Such a moving set. Absolutely heavenly.
One of my favorite sets - I loved how supportive the crowd was despite the gaps. Apparently they fried a keyboard in Chicago earlier this month and just got a new one, so maybe that was part of the issue.
One of my friends did the Facebook check-in thing and got two txts thinking he was hurt.
The Lions Roar is my new favorite song, and Ghost Town. Never heard of First Aid Kit before or had any thought of seeing them at Coachella. Was glad I decided to seek some shade where they were about to come on and play. Stayed for the whole set just mesmerized.
Ghost town made cry like a five year old.
I saw them in Philly at the end of March and knew there was no way I was missing them weekend one at Coachella. The version they did of "Emmylou" in Philly just blew the crowd away, and then when they did "Ghost Town", they did it a capella and ahd the entire audience sing along. This made me appreciate that song even more.
And Sunday's weekend one set of theirs was one of my festival highlights as well.
