After I saw it in Chicago I kept thinking how great it would be on the main if they got the Creators Project involved somehow, but I am going to have to agree with you that it's gotta be in the Sahara. Plus the logistics of having it set up and having the projectors all aligned with minimal time after The Black Keys would be destained for a failure.

Is it confirmed that Amon Tobin is bringing ISAM? Oh, and unrelated, but Nero confirmed via Facebook that they'll be performing their live set, I'm actually pretty excited to see that.

I think that this year's shitty Sahara line up is God's way of telling me I'm too old to have fun.

    Yes.
Sorry that picture is so small, but it's Amon Tobin's fb confirming it's live ISAM installation.

The dudes from Nero are so lame, seen em 4 times and it's never been both of them. I wonder if theyre both going to attend...

I would hope so. The one time I saw them (him), it was only one guy. Still an awesome set though.

Yes I did, but just figured it was an "official" confirmation if some people were still confused, like zero23 up above. Overkill, I guess.

Kind of agree. It feels like an art installation, not a concert piece.

I wish he'd play a normal show with his older material thrown in. One of the few acts that makes me embrace D'n'B without reservations of any kind.

nero will be playing a live set (both of them and their singer) which should be great. ive seen Joe play 2 times and he's a pretty bad and lazy DJ, doesnt even play through songs 1/3 of the way before switching. Dan is the good DJ, and together i think they'll be good. their essential mix is great so i dont see why they wouldnt be

When they do dj sets, it's only one of them. They confirmed on Facebook that they're bringing their full live show so it'll be both of them.

I've seen him twice, it was fun both times. Depends on your musical tastes though. His sets are essentially hard electro and dubstep.

Edit: and you better believe the Sahara is gonna be full of bros during his set. *sigh*

    People are excited for this:

It takes the funkless zombie sledgehammer beats of brostep and combines it with the inane lobotomied utopia dream vocal jizz of happy hardcore and trance. But it'll only be good if both of the guys are there.

If it's a live set we should be assured both will be there right?

Sasha opened with that song for his set last year. Great fun.

Nero is going to be a brostomping garbage fest. They used to be a decent dnb act but it took me 5 mins to walk away from their set at bisco last summer (both of them). The entire sunday 2-6 lineup will be dubstep and the kids will love it.

Will SHM's bass rumble help my bowl movements in a porto pottie? I get stage fright in there.

Nero live means they will play their songs. There are no guitars and shit.

Live also means that they have more control over the individual components of their tracks than they would with a standard CDJ setup. They also have a live singer. But yeah, no instruments.
