Yeah some of them definitely won't. Hot Chip played the Sahara last time they played Coachella and I think Purity Ring, Grimes and James Blake definitely belong there. I agree that they will probably end up elsewhere because of their indie appeal though.

Hot Chip played the outdoor in 2010. with all the "djs" on the lineup im pretty sure any live act regardless of how electronic-dancey-whatever will be in the mojave, and grimes will be in the Gobi at the same time Flylo played last year.

You are right, I was thinking of '08. I remember seeing quite a few live acts in the Sahara, but maybe that is inefficient and isn't done anymore. Either way I took this thread as "put together a list of the dance music at this year's Coachella"
