This song sounds so incredible live on this video. This performance is what hooked me.

it's like, at coachella, we can be a whole group of friends. a whole group of frogs jumping into the streets, jumping into the planet, climbing up the buildings, swimming in the lakes and in the bathtubs. we would be hundreds, thousands, millions. the biggest group of friends the world has ever seen, jumping and laughing forever. it would be great, right?
I'm certainly going to be touching enough frogs before their set that blue becomes red and red becomes blue
or until my mommy suddenly becomes my daddy.

Fuck you Supre. I just found your upload of "Intro" at the Music Box in November, and it sucked. Balls.

They actually played a song off self-titled? Holy shit.
I actually would not be disappointed in this set at all except for the fact that it's missing Ok Pal, which would make me extremely sad. New Map would be nice too.

I saw them in a smallish venue earlier this year. Great, great show. Love how they re-worked "We Own the Sky."

Not just teenagers, mid 20s too. M83 is one of the more hyped acts coming into the festival this year. Every chick I know has been obsessed with Midnight City since it came out, and I know quite a few of the faux-hippy, facepainted, Indian-headdress demographic Coachella-goers who will be packing this set. Ah well, don't let that take away from a hopefully solid performance, cause I do love that album.

I can't wait to see them again. They made my Fuji Rock when I went! I know it's one of their newer songs but "We own the sky" is amazing!

My advice is to post up toward the back of the tent. Their November show in San Francisco was in all honesty one of the worst crowd experiences I've ever had at a performance, and it was at a 21 + venue. It's going to be gross.

    4/11-13: Coachella
4/15: The Knife @ The Fox
4/16: Factory Floor @ The Independent
    4/17: The Afghan Whigs @ Slim's
    4/17: Minilogue @ Mighty
4/26: Simian Mobile Disco, Earth @ Pappy and Harriet's
5/2-5/4: Austin Psych Fest @ Carson Creek Ranch
    5/17: Kishi Bashi @ GAMH
    5/17: Move D b2b Optimo, Jackmaster, J.Phlip @ PW
5/30: The Decemberists @ The Crystal Ballroom

Their club nokia show was pretty awesome (night 2) but I don't think I will be watching them @ Coachella too. I highly recommend to those who haven't seen them though.

San Francisco aside, how was everyone else's crowd experience? Phoenix crowd was great (which, for me, was a tad unexpected).

When I saw them there was very little crowd movement, but that was ok with me. Everyone was captivated. That was before the release of Hurry Up, hence before all the new fans there for Midnight City.

Finishing the set with Couleurs is always amazing, and they are guaranteed to do it. However, if they clash with Refused, Madness, Pulp or James, then I'm sorry m83, I've seen you before.

I was there as well. Fantastic show. Didn't mind the crowd in the pit either as everyone was just dancing and having a good time. Yeah it was young but I've dealt with far, far worse.

Yeah, people went insane during Couleurs. One of the best shows I saw last year.

Not really. M83 is a great live band regardless of your feelings towards the new album (which I don't even like that much).

It is more than just the new album. It's what they are doing to older songs that is most disappointing.

Yeah, pretty much. Saxriligious is portmantotally a good one.

And "Intro" would have been great if they had disabled his microphone.
