I really like this band and was happy to see they made it on the poster this year. I hope they get a decent time, I was a bit surprised they were lower on the bill considering they have become fairly popular recently.

aussies love them so if you are trying to meet a bunch of aussies check out this set
my friend says this band sounds like modest mouse, but the one song i listened to did not sound like modest mouse. thoughts.

Blink-182 w/New Politics & Atlas Genius September 18 @ SB Bowl
Thirty Seconds to Mars October 12 @ Hollywood Bowl
Nothing like Modest Mouse. I think of them as a more poppy Edward Sharpe. I enjoyed their set at Lolla and I dig the album and ep.
I thinkk they are overrated. I saw them at the Hammer Museum, nothing special. One of my favorite blogs http://www.musicsnobbery.com made fun of them recently.
he sorta sounds like Issac on Colours, but that's about it. They were great at OL last year...will catch em this year.
They're not at all alike.
Grouplove endorses iPods, Modest Mouse endorses Nissans.
I hate this band, Every time I hear on the radio " I am a man, a man man man up in the sky" I change the station immediately.
The White Stripes 9/18
Grouplove were great from what I remember at Outside Lands, and I am in love with their new debut album. Topped their EP. Coachella set with an epic crowd should rage!

Well, Im stoked, this is a must see for me on Saturday. I dont really listen to the radio so I dont know how over exposed these guys are. Should be a nice surprise....
Upcoming Shows:
Pitchfork Festival: 7/19 @ Union Park
Mountain Oasis Festival: 10/25-27
Coachella: 4/11-13 @ Empire Polo Fields
I don't listen to the radio either. Even if I did, they wouldn't play them on the radio here.
Saw them at the Wiltern in September as an opening act. They rocked the house pretty hard and the group had good audience interaction. Should be a good 2-4 pm tent act.
I'm expecting a sizeable crowd like Two Door Cinema Club had last year.
I'm hoping I can catch these guys
lovin these guys right now! can't wait to check them out. naked kids is my new favorite song.
Let's go on a livin' spree!
there's a few songs where i can definitely hear the modest mouse comparisons. others, not at all...

So these guys are playing on Friday now? What happened to Saturday? I don't like that they're on the same time as Jimmy Cliff.
They were good, but the teeny bopper crowd up front sucked.
