So unexpected. When I first saw some random person repost the lineup on facebook (first time I saw it) my eyes immediately went to Dre. and Snoop and I thought for sure it was another fake. Should be cool to check out, barring any conflicts.

No one who is near the main stage during Dre and Snoop will be able to pass a drug test within the next 6 months. This is going to be incredible
I've seen Snoop twice over the last 2 years. First time performing an album in its entirety (RTB 2010) and once as more of a greatist hits (Pacific Fest 2011). Gotta say his greatest hits set blew me the fuck away. The only thing I can say for both sets is that he lagz like a mother fucker. Hopefully Dre gets things going in a timely fashion, really hoping there's no Justice conflict.
Coachella 07 (the introduction), 08 (the bands), 09 (the documentary), 10 (the people i came with), 11 (the relationship test... we passed), 12 (whatever the weather, Dirty Epic forever), 13 (the year of the troll)
- PEARL JAM WHY YOU HATE COACHELLA? -
I predict this will be a Beats Audio commercial.
So wait, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg will be at Coachella the weekend of 4/20 yet not playing on 4/20? What a completely wasted opportunity of amusement there.
ATDI will undoubtedly be playing main stage before Dre.

I support this thread wholeheartedly.
Saw him at the Grove in Anaheim, he had a Funk backing band that was delicious. Never seen Dre live, much less both together. This was a shocking bill when I heard and IMO the best closer in the history of Coachella.
I can imagine something similar to this, smoke wise
You are such a giant fuckin douche.
With our love-we could save the world-if they only knew.
I can count on one hand the number of hip hop acts I've seen but everyone knows this is gonna be a ridiculous party. Can't wait to see all the white people going bananas, myself included.
Re: Who is 2012's obvious headliner?
Being at work, bored like a mother fucker....reading everyones "obvious" headliners, I find myself thinking who would be headlining acts for two weekends in a row. I've come up with the three headliners I think are the so called "obvious" choice.
Dr. Dre has not been mentioned. Why? He could deffinately headline one day for two weekends in a row. He's better than Jay-Z, and Kanye. He's a hip-hop legend, and most importantly he lives in L.A. Dre also has a huge list 0f hit songs that would deffinately have the Coachella crowd jumping and bumpin', and getting their smoke on. It would be a hell of a fuckin party fo sho.
Radiohead is the other "obvious" choice. They have played APW a couple of times on the same weekend. Thom York's played Coachella twice either on his own or with Radiohead. The fans want it and I'm sure Radiohead are long overdue for a return to Coachella.
Daft punk is my last "obvious" choice. Last time Daft Punk played Coachella, they performed in the Sahara. Not enough space for the huge crowd that tride to get a glimps of the fantastic dj duo. I remember that night, and all I could think was "Why didn't Daft Punk play on the Coachella stage after Depeche Mode?" Daft Punk has never been more popular than they are now, and I can obviously see Daft Punk playing on the Coachella stage. Chemical Bros. did it this year, so why not Daft Punk?
So, there you have it;
Dr. Dre
Radiohead
Daft Punk
P.S. FUCK THE HATERS!!!

Those were my predictions for this years Coachella headliners....2 out of 3 ain't bad. Dre. & Snoop are gonna fuck shit up, fo sho. I can't wait!!!
PS. .................."Smoke weed every day."
The Up In Smoke tour DVD was my first introduction to rap music when I was like 8 years old. Needless to say, I'm soo hyped for this!
CAN'T FUCKING WAIT!!!!! I am more excited for this than Radiohead!!!!
I could see something similar to how the Gorillaz closed the weekend and just the Sahara and another tent open.
Dr. Dre/Snoop VS Justice in the Sahara VS Hives in the Mojave.
At The Drive-In will close the Outdoor, cutting into the above sets by about 15 minutes.
