And for what it's worth, I stopped sending out e-mails because the only people respond or text are the regualar SF crew of folks (Heidi, Cara, SunniSalah, Ed, etc). You guys wouldn't believe how many PM requests I got from lurkers who've have never responded or even posted in this thread. Sorry randoms, but you fucking suck, you're no longer included.

Dave, I'd really like for you to come back to Record Club. I missed quite a few when I was traveling or had work obligations, and I keep hearing about your selections which are just.... so completely at odds with the things I've heard you bring over in the past, that I need to hear MOAR.

A suggestion, Greg? You're always good about posting a date and time here in the thread. Perhaps have a cut off date by which any new people need to PM you, before you email out info. If they don't respond / don't show, take them off the list. IMO, if someone really does intend to show up sometime, they would have your email, address, and phone number, and it would be trivial for them to figure out when we're meeting from the thread and to let you know they'll be there.

I WANT weekday record club so I can actually get drunk and not have to worry about going to work all stoney afterwards, but I recall a lot of people complaining about work and not being able to make it, etc. We're doing Wednesday next time. Heard it here first.
