Sincerest apologies, but I have to cancel this afternoon's record club meeting due to scheduling conflicts. Not even conflicts, we just have a ton of shit to get done before we leave Thursday morning and we don't really have time for record club this week. Sorry guys. To make up for it, all you non-Coachella folks are free to host a meeting while we're all at Coachella next weekend.

Yeah. I own books and a thermos, I'll be alright. The issue is that if I go to bed after work, there's no way I'm getting up in time. And if I sit waiting at home, I'm going to fall asleep. This way I'll be home laden with records, fed and in bed by noon.

I'm likely only buying three 12" and a couple 7" for the sake of budgeting, but each of the LPs are extremely limited. Well worth three hours I would have spent sleeping or smoking weed.

I've managed to par my wishlist down to 6 things. So there is no way to know what's going to be on sale in which stores/areas? This is a new one for me... I'm usually at coachella during RSD.

me too. it sounds like stores don't even know what they are getting yet. I talked to the guy at grooves to see if they were trying to get anything and he seemed a bit clueless, saying the guy who usually does it is on vacation and probably hasn't ordered anything. so much for that.

This is also my first non-Coachella RSD, hence my consternation over acquisition of coveted items. Shoot me a call or text that morning and I'll tell you how it's looking. And I can snag you anything you think might sell-out, just get me the titles.
