I still haven't received a shipping confirmation from Rough Trade for my Jarvis Cocker - Fat Children 7" and Asobi Seksu - Merry Christmas 7" order, which was placed a week ago.

- Geogaddi: picked it up per hype on this board; my first BoC experience.
- In Rainbows: 42 minutes? I guess Amnesiac was that short but it went along with Kid A's release. Not disappointed, just surprised.
- V is for Vagina: I saw it in the new releases and decided to check it out. Not bad, I was expecting more Maynard-y vocals, but not great either.
I think I picked up Overseer's Wreckage a few weeks ago but haven't given it much time.

For your health
hey luckyface is Emusic worth it?
It can be a pain sometimes (the software is pretty hit and miss), but I think so. I am on an old plan that I carried over, so I pay $19.99 for 90 downloads. I end up being able to download 8-10 albums a month, so it definitely is worth it to me. You shouldn't expect to download much mainstream stuff, but you can find a lot of fantastic albums on the site. I'd browse around to make sure there is enough on there for you.
It ends up paying for itself pretty quickly. For instance, I had tried to purchase Fila Brazillia and Baby Mammoth albums for years, but they run for $25+ each on any retail site. They have almost their entire catalogs on eMusic, and I was able to grab about 12 CD's worth of their music for 1 month's share and part of a 2nd month's.
For your health
so it's 20 bucks for a number of downloads per month?
How do you check what music they have on there?
