Uh. I have no restraint. Just pre-ordered Ufabulum. Suspect it's going to arrive when I'm on vacation, but at least it will be waiting for me in my air conditioned office.

so after a month and a half, my Neutral Milk Hotel box set finally came in. and.....it was worth the wait. beautiful stuff
Kind of a random request but I've been looking for Drum's Not Dead by Liars on vinyl since they played Coachella in 2009 and have been failing pretty hard. I don't want to buy it for $80 off Discogs so if anyone has an extra copy or sees one when they are out shopping keep your homie in mind![]()
same here dude... same here... that one is very high on my most wanted list.
Aw fuckin hell, if you dont have it I never will hahaha. I was listening to it last night and I was like, fuuuck, I need this, might as well give it a shot.

there were rumors of a repress a while back... who knows though. Mute is weird about stuff, but they seem to refresh circulation of older stuff from time to time.
Supposed to be at Pulp right now, but I didn't feel up for the drive. Bought a couple records to make myself feel better.
Andy Stott - Passed Me By 2x12"
Carter Tutti Void - Transverse 12"
You can get the Flaming Lips RSD release on their site right now...
http://flaminglips.com/shop/music/
Not everyone has a record store to go to, let alone one that's participating in RSD. Or it sold out already since they only had 1 etc.
You can order the el camino RSD edition on the black keys website as well. And I guess there are a couple sites selling the dfa reissue for those that can't make it up to Canada today.

I didn't see the Buck Owens coloring book. It looked awesome from the pictures though. The Gene Clark 7" is great. What you really need to invest in is the Ric & Ron Records 7" box. This shit is HOT. And based on what I know about your taste, you'll be all about it. Definitely worth the $45-50 or whatever.
Oooh, I'll look into that. *5 mins later* Yes, that's totally shit I'm into.
EDIT: Ha, these fuckers are already putting the coloring book up on ebay for $100. I might go back, buy two and sell them at face just to piss these guys off.
Today's RSD haul:
Unrest - Perfect Teeth 7" box set
T. Rex - Electric Warrior 7" box set
The Clash - London Calling (2012) 7" (grabbed this while in the check out line, coulda/shoulda passed on it, I think)
The Cure - Entreat 180 gram 2LP
...and the new of Montreal jumped into my hands.
The Bowie 7" was sold out of course, could not find the DJ Food release, they didn't get any copies of the Pretty in Pink soundtrack I wanted, and I could not find Jamiroquai, even though one of my friends found a copy. Pretty good haul, got everything I really wanted. I really want the Jamiroquai but will just pick that up later.
Anyone who's been to Amoeba Hollywood recently: am I likely to find a copy of the Flaming Lips vinyl if I get there in an hour? I wasn't planning on going to RSD today but I listened to a rip of this and it's great.
The Rolling Stones - International Noise Conference: Los Angeles - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers - Austra - Colin Stetson - The Pacific Rim Projekt - The National - Goat Rodeo - Hopscotch 2013- GY!BE - Beirut/Vampire Weekend
Andrew, I went back around 2PM and there we still a bunch of copies left. That was just one of the things I wanted the most. I really like it. The box is nice, most of the vinyl is colored (different colors), there's a lyrics booklet, and a couple of stickers inside the box. Glad I got it.
