its cuz ppl are dancing in the movie theatre and they don't want that because its a "fire hazard"...or at least thats what I am assuming. last time i was at a movie concert for Phish ppl were smoking weed in the theatre...needless to say I dont think management likes that

Wow, there was a dance party in there. Had to shut the film down. Awesome movie! I want to own it.

That was the most random/great movie experiences ever. Full dance party up front into #occupyarclight demonstration w/ like 20 peeps sitting indian style w/ hands locked into them turning off the movie into them putting back on and finally turning up the volume. One of the more fun times to be had at a movie theater.

What an amazing night. Partied on the roof a bit beforehand, gorgeous clean night, grew view
of downtown. Great movie and that dance party was so fantastic. Easily
in my top 5 movie going experiences ever. That guy who started it was my hero.
I got to tell him thanks. Once he started, there was no turning man. Everyone was
thinking the same thing, you could feel this tension in the room for a while, people
wanting to party but not be able to. Then it just exploded. It lasted 3 songs I think
and while it would have been great to go the entire thing it was by far the 3 best songs
for it. It was like being in the front row of a Chem Bros concert with towering visuals
but plenty of room to dance. I forgot how far back the screen is at the Arclight.

The movie itself was fantastic.. Filming it at Fuji Rock was a great idea, those
shots of Japanese people being scared by the clown was fucking great. And
that model we were following around was so damn cute. God I need to get to Japan.
The "trip" scene was incredible. Those clowns were freaky shit though!
I thought I read they toned em down a bit but that was much more intense than
what I remember at the Hollywood Bowl.

It was amazing when they zoomed out from the stage and it looked 3D with the whole dance party in front! Awesome night!
