I don't think that's what did or will happen. All I am saying is that this seems like a tangible crossover moment that reinforces my opinion that I could see Bon Iver playing before the headliner on one of the nights next year.

    Whiskey Sour

    2 oz blended whiskey
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 tsp powdered sugar
    1 cherry
    1/2 slice lemon

Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.

That's surprising considering its either that song or party rock playing out of every fucking car in los angeles with drivers ranging from 16-47. I couldn't believe the guy in a BMW Z/miata convertible blasting that song and trying to look smooth.

Yeah. It might have been because Part 1 (and i think part 2) were already nominated previously.

I dont like the track listing for BODY TALK. I prefer organizing it and keeping all 3 parts seperate.

Nope, they'll just have to settle for a Best Pop Duo/Group Performance nomination.

Memory Tapes got nominated for best music video? That's random.

Whenever I am in a public place and that goddamn song comes on, I immediately wish I could pull two machine guns out from under my jacket and just annihilate everyone within a 200 ft radius.

That's how much I hate that fucking song.

Maybe they purposely did it because they KNOW he will do something AND people are going to tune in for it.
yup, if he loses best hip hop album he's going to be pissed, if he wins he might say something about not being nominated for album of the year. I cannot think of last album to have that sort of combination of commercial success and critical acclaim.

Totally agree Boourns. Looking at this list has reminded me what a joke of world we live in. Sad.

People pretend not to care about grammy because they feel the grammys never go to the most deserving artist. This is no different. Just because an overrated indie rock band (Foster the shit or whatever shitty band) win doesn't mean the "right" artist won.

    Upcoming shows

I mixed a full cast audio drama adaptation of The Mark Of Zorro and it's been nominated for a Grammy for Best Spoken Word!

This is now the second Grammy nominated project I did with Blackstone Publishing, the first being The Maltese Falcon. Excited!
