It looks great.... for about 5 seconds. Then my display crashes and I have to hard reboot.

got a great tip from IGN just a few minutes ago. there is a real quick way to raise your smithing to 100 in a few minutes. once you have a couple thousand gold go to a blacksmith and buy all of his iron ingots and all of his leather strips. then go to the forge and craft some iron daggers. make as many as you need and it'll start flying through levels. i just did it and flew from 60 to 75 in about 10 minutes.

This paid off.

Productive day in skyrim yesterday. Real life, not so much.

Leveled up my speech skills and archery fast by exploiting some game bugs,
Killed my third dragon and finally learned that shouts need to be activated in the magic/shouts menu using the souls captured.

Upon entering the Palace if the Kings, the opening dialogue shared between Ulfric Stormcloak and Galmar Stone-Fist is pretty telling of Skyrim's division and it's state.

I found two skooma off some jive orc that got killed by a dragon. I bet his skooma trip took a horrific turn when that beast came down from the sky... I was glad though, because that junkie orc was attacking me before the dragon came.

So I go to my property in Whiterun, and Faendal, whom I defaced in one of the early quests, attacks me. I kill him in front of my wife (Camilla, the girl that he ordered me to convince to like him), and then she starts attacking me! Smashed her easily with my fist, but unfortunately it seems I can't remarry. Oh well, I'm missing that free gold she gave me each day..
