I guess I'm alone in thinking that the video was awful. I'll still watch them though.

Tenacious D is the only band I don't want to see at Sasquatch. I can't stand Jack Black.

Have you seen The Complete Masterworks, Vol 2? I just bought it and haven't watched it yet but I guess the second disc is a documentary chronicling the bomb that was The Pick of Destiny.Anyway, I love that movie, too!
Also, I think The D may be the only band Mark's seven-year-old son is jealous we are seeing. Not because he knows who Tenacious D is or anything, but he knows who Jack Black is because of Yo Gabba Gabba and Kung Fu Panda. He told me it was "AWESOME!" that we were going to see Kung Fu Panda's band.
Yeah, I told him we saw Yo Gabba Gabba live too. By that time he was kind of over Yo Gabba Gabba (it's more of a little kid show) but he still thought it was sort of cool and asked me what songs they played. Then he would say things like, "Oh, did they play the one that goes like this...?"
I re-watched that video of The D twice and I like it more now. The hug was kind of lame and I think that's where they lost me, but I like the rest of it. So ready!

^^ YES!!!
So I guess Nero's set at Sasquatch is part of the "Second Reality" tour. No idea what that means for stage set up or anything (I'm not really familiar with Nero). Everything has a trailer these days, and the Second Reality tour is no exception:
Hmm, interesting. They have 'DJ' beside their name on the poster, so I assumed that meant less of a light show since they will be in the tent and have less time and room to set up anything crazy.
Yeah, I mean maybe it doesn't mean a setup. Maybe this is just the name of their tour. I don't really know, just thought it was funny they had a trailer. EVERYTHING HAS TO HAVE A TRAILER.
Never heard of these guys, but here's the video:Following much buzzed about performances at SXSW and Ultra, Amsterdam’s Nobody Beats the Drum prepares for Sasquatch, where they’ll unveil ‘The 333”,’ an innovative visual installation composed of nine massive screens behind the band on stage. ‘The 333”’ debuted at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) this past October, but has yet to be seen in North America since its massive size and technological complexity makes transporting and installing it quite a feat:

Does anyone use the Virgin 100$ wine vouchers? It seems like a good deal for cheap wine. Would be nice to bring 15 bottles of wine to Sasquatch for 70$.
So basically instead on one giant screen they have 9 smaller screens behind them. I'll still check it out. But, based on Boourns schedule, I wonder how this will look during the day.

Okay, so Nobody Beats the Drum are DJs? I had no idea. I watched this video yesterday and by the end I was so confused as to what kind of act they were:
What kind of production does the dance tent have usually?
