Looks like it will be 4 days again this year. I know its far north, but the Gorge is by far my favorite venue. Anyone else planning on going next year?

It'll be my 2nd year going. Driving up this time with friends and visiting the people I met in Vancouver before the event.

Agreed! attending Coachella and EDC will stretch the budget. We will see once the linup is annonced. Its about fucking time they allow In/Out!!!

I highly recommend this Festival. The setting, people and atmosphere are all phenomenal. I went in '09 and stayed in GA Camping and then when I went in '10 and stayed at Wildhorse. Had a fabulous time both years. I'd really like to go again someday. Though now that I don't live in Seattle, the logistics are more complicated.

I think I'll be attending again this year, unless other travel plans occur. It is a great venue although the food is awful.

I'll be there. The lineup last year wasn't perfect but I still had a hell of a lot of fun.

Effing Ticketbastard!!

Sell Out?: No, I mean will tickets for the festival sell out. Sorry for the confusion. Many feel Sasquatch 2012 will sell out regardless of the lineup. I disagree. Yes, the festival sold out early again this year, but those crafty folks at Ticketmaster kept a handful of passes on their sister site, TicketsNow, which is basically them scalping their own tickets for increased profit. When those tickets didn't sell out, they put the passes back on sale for regular price on their main site a couple weeks before the festival. Those paying attention could have bought a four day pass for nearly $100 less than face value, because the market was saturated with more tickets than people wanting to change their holiday plans. Conclusion, the festival will need a much better lineup, or a giant headliner to guarantee a sell out in 2012.

It's possible but they would be a departure from the direction the festival has taken the last couple years. If they did play I'd expect a pretty weak lineup on the remaining three days.

I've been advocating a Radiohead solo show at the Gorge for years. What an amazing experience that would be. Sigur Ros too.

Haven't been since '08 but might just be able to swing it again this year since the husband just landed a new, non-catering job. Memorial Day Weekend was always off limits but not anymore!

No way we'd ever do General Camping again, though. Used to back in college when tripping and/or drinking all night was ours and our friends' activity of choice. Now I like to sleep. At least a few hours a night.

This, the rest of the days would be lackluster in comparison to the Radiohead day. But I think there is a high chance Radiohead is there this year.
