I'm stoked for the beer lands and good food as well.

Now I'm extremely anxious for the set times. I may have to do some careful planning. How long does it take to travel to each stage? Is it as big as Lolla?
What beers do I need to try?
The ones I pour into your mouth.
5/25-5/27: MOVEMENT DETROIT
6/6: The Field @ The Independent
6/26: Colin Stetson @ The Chapel
Sierra Nevada is releasing a signature Outside Lands beer.
Sierra Nevada's Brewer Terence Sullivan got so inspired by Outside Lands that he created the Outside Lands Saison. It will be available for the first time at the festival.
Coachella should take note and stop suckling at Heineken's teat. That shit's terrible.
on a different note, i could see beck on the sutro
I'm hoping Justice and Sigur Ros close Twin Peaks. Would be a cool way to end each night.
Yeah, thanks for the updating on that. We were 25 for 32, thats pretty good.
And I really don't think they can put Beck on the Sutro stage again. Last time it was a total fucking disaster.
Justice is definitely closing out Twin Peaks and it looks like it might be a Sigur Ros into Metallica main stage ending on Saturday.
Beck >> Justice on the Twin Peaks for sure and I originally thought Neil >> Foo on the main, but since the festival shuts down so much earlier than most it could definitely be vice versa.
And Stevie has to come on before JW, right?
No way in hell Jack White is after Stevie. And I'm only basing this on the fact that I think Jack would have issues agreeing to being after him. I love Jack White as much as anyone else on this board but lets be honest, it's Stevie Wonder, he is closing the stage.
So do you think the bands know what day other bands are playing when they agree to play a festival? I'm sure they know what day they are going to play but yeah. I mean Neil, Foo's, Beck all in the same day. If Beck or Foo's knew the other two were going to play the same day would they have agreed? Obviously money matters so take it out of the equation.
Are the Beerlands and Winelands going to shre the same tickets or are you going to have to buy separate tickets for each? There is only a few ones from each that interest me a lot so I would hope the tickets work at both.
I'm curious if they will sell the beers in Beer Lands by the pint or if it'll be somewhat similar to what the Wine Lands does, and just have you buy samples.
If it's anything like the Broo'ers Festival at Bonnaroo, you have the option of buying 3oz tasters or "regular"-sized beers (I know some were 16oz, can't say if they all were). Out there it was $2-4/taster or $6-9/regular.
EDIT: I found some pics online that show both 12oz and 16oz beers served by various booths. So there ya go.

I turn 21 on the 17th of august. Un-utterable rage.
Ehh. I'm sure you did that last year but in my case doing things like that always end up in a fail. However I will try.
Things usually fail for me too. Even though I'm well over 21, I was still paranoid that I would get caught (I didn't have an ID with me). I still made my friend get the drinks for me.
Is Beer Lands free to enter? Or do you have to pay? Either way I'll be there. Just curious.
Are you asking if there is a cover charge to enter the area with beer? I'm going to guess not.
