Ooh, nice icedKeg. I remember you talking them up last year and enjoying the songs you posted.

Hmm a little Andre 3000 with Big Boi this year would be legit. I kinda feel like he owes osl that after we waited 45 minutes for a no show. At least it was 5 minutes of Chappelles show though.
I haven't cared about the Foo's or Metallica since the 90s and even then just barely. I hope like hell there's some quality acts on the other stages during their time slots.
I get the sense my conficts this year will be heinous.
11/28 Dixon @ TBA
12/16 HAERTS @ the Rickshaw Stop (?)
02/07 London Grammar @ the Fox Theatre
03/02 Caribou @ The Fillmore (?)
I am excited for this lineup.
Hi guys . This lineup is awesome. Definitely gonna go if I can. I've never been to osl, do I need to worry about booking a hotel early? Do I need to worry about how far it is from the park? Finally, do I need to worry about tickets selling out? Thanks!
tickets will probably sell out this year.
i walked all the way across san fran after the fest last year. i do not recommend that course of action.
hotels will go fast and be fairly pricey
I am excited to be saving a couple of grand with no SF trip this August to see this shitty lineup.

For those who haven't seen the foos, I saw them last October and it was easily one of the best shows I have ever seen. I thought it might just be because I have always loved them and wanted to see them...but my boyfriend (who only came with me to see Cage the Elephant open for them) said it was way better than he expected. Just sayin. Dave Grohl is the shit.
For hotel, I'd book sooner rather than later, SF hotels can be extremely pricey and can only imagine that the less expensive ones will book up first for this. Don't worry about being by the park (there are almost no hotels near by), look instead at the SF muni (bus/lightrail train) maps and try to pick something near public transit. Pretty much every hotel downtown will be a reasonably easy commute via bus or train.
I like this lineup fine enough but there's no way I'll have the funds to go. Fingers crossed for a Crazy Horse tour.
I'm down... I need to find a hotel close by quick, I dig the line up and haven't been back since the first year... I miss OSL!
I finally get to see grandaddy...
