the 2 opening djs were fucking awful. the guy jackson started out ok, played some Blawan, julio bashmore, eats everything & worthy, then hed start getting into some wierd brostep and then hip hop. he was jsut all over the place. so it made BN that much better.

BN played alot of acid tracks. ecstacy, work this motherfucker, bart b more & felix cartel, jeffer, blah blah. we only stayed for the first hour cus my friend had to go home cus of work. but it was real dope. i was feeling the music box's sound system. much much better than the avalon. crowd was cool. a few kandi idiots here and there doing light shows. overall really solid.
it was so crowded that there was a line to get into the main floor (the wait is like 30-45 mins i think). so if u go, get there kinda early. have fun guys.

oh and kid cudi showed up last night for some reason haha.

Hahah yeah that was cool when Kid Cudi just jumped on stage to give Alex props. But seriously if you can go tonight, do yourself the favor. Alex fucking broke the house down, it was crackin for a Thursday night 18+ so I can only imagine what a friday 21+ crowd will be.. bananas. GO GO GO GO GO GO GO.

Apparently a bunch of my friends who went last night said he played 2 and a half hours.

Anyone who was there last night recommend a time of arrival if I don't give two shits about the subs? I figure 11 will be early enough to get in, get a drink and have 30 minutes to get settled before Mr. Ridha just lets the acid loose.

Bummer he's still leaving Lava Lava or Kontact Me out of his sets, I fucking love those tracks. Kontact Me to open the Coachella set was unreal.

Crowd was so pushy and aggressive last night. Literally the worst crowd I had ever been in. Opening djs dropped a few nice tracks, but overall they trainwrecked right and left and they are not worth your time. BN was great, though. LOTS of acid house.

that's what I did literally got there at 1230 and walked right onto the dance floor.Leif was actually damn good he threw dowe some very hard hitting acid house. them Alex tore it up playing lots of acid again so much soo I wanted a tab Haha. def different from the two festival sets I seen from him good none the less.although I miss his sets packed with all the oi oi oi bangers.never heard him play daft punk before last night was a great remix.anyone remember which track it was?

Normally I'm disappointed when he doesn't play Lava Lava and Kontact Me(2 of my favs) especially when they are left out for whatever tracks like at Hard. But last night was unreal. Late in the set he dropped Lemonade followed shortly by Da Funk(the Daft track you are thinking of), Signatune and Phantom Pt. 2, which was was fucking awesome. Literally my favorite tracks by him, DP and Justice all nearly back to back blew me away. I was too fucked up to really remember the openers (from what I do remember they were awful) but came to for the Noize and saying he killed it doesnt begin to do that set justice.

Floor wasn't as packed as people said although I never left so I'm not sure what the line was like to get in if you did leave. Overall one of the best DJ sets Ive seen in awhile.

holy fuck that was fucking magical. i don't even really know where to begin. he played for probably 2.5 hours and the whole thing was just like a highlight reel of awesome. so psyched he played the old justice remix. brought back so many memories. first time hearing sahure (the track he closed chella with) in a long time and it's even better than i remember. da funk was legendary. eats everything & worthy's tric trac might have actually been the wildest i saw the crowd go all night. the new acid chanting song (i'm assuming this is a new original of his) is flawless and just all around mind boggling. alex always looks like he's having more fun than anyone there and is just generally amused that this is his fucking job. no screaming on the mic. no asking people to put their hands in the air. his face isn't flashing on the screen behind him. just a silhouetted DJ and a heavy dose of acid house, future techno, and not cheesy electro.

Ahh signatune I remember banglater doing a remix of that and thought it was that version. the lemonade with yeah thrown in too phantom OMG sooo good! plus the hinting at swoon for a little bit made it OK he didn't play it out longer.Haha at 1230 there was no line I left around 130 for bathroom small line that would have taken possibly ten or more so of course i just hopped threw a barrier window LOL I don't wait!
