How full was it? I know its sold out, but did it feel like an epic mess of people? Or there was still room to move around decently?

plenty of room to move around..might be worse tonight (irrational, i know) but the lineup is a lot better. traffic was awful on the way there. the speedway isn't as ridiculous as last year but they still did an outstanding job. the bass pod is infinitely better this year, though standing close to the front on either side is kinda weird. my group is gonna get there a little early and tailgate for a half hour or so before going in tonight. overall night 1 was a great night and was a ton of fun. i can't wait for tonight wheeeeeeeee

slightly crowded at times but defintely tolerable, the place is huge and they did a fantastic job with the layout. pro tip: go around the main stage and enter from the back left, at peak time during kaskades set the right side was packed to the end and overflowing while we just walked up past the soudboard and had a ridiculous amount of room. im excited for the improved lineups tonight and tomorrow but unfortunately gonna miss a lot of good shit because of the people im with.

This suck big time.

I went on Friday night and It was a nightmare arriving and leaving. Traffic from Las Vegas Blv as packed and it took us 2 hours to get in the parking lot. When we left, we made a huge mistake and waited to the end of the night. Cars we stuck in the parking lot till 8am. The majority of my time at edc was waiting in lines.

The new set up for the main stage is terrible. They closed most of it off and put up screen all around. It looks really cool but it created a bottleneck when the sets were over with. It felt really packed at that stage.
