Tollett has already booked his 2012 Coachella headliners, marking the first time he's secured them before September.

He's not revealing their names, but he said he's been working with the main bands to let them arrange their tours through regional cities such as Las Vegas, Phoenix, Santa Barbara and San Francisco and wind their way back to play in the same lineup as the first weekend of Coachella.

Typo aside, that's how I see it too, they asked him what the experience was like and he more or less said, "Well this is the biggest festival in the country, except for Coachella next year, so this was huge for me", NOT "Well this is the biggest festival I'm playing, except for Coachella next year, so this was huge for me." I don't think this is a confirmation at all.
