I had to describe my style of music for a project (I'm in school for Independent Music Production), and to inspire myself I was reading reviews of bands in my genre...I stumbled upon a Kings of Leon review which described them as "beard-loving" and wished I had a beard so I could describe MY music in that fashion...but sadly I am female and cannot grow a beard...I can however LOVE beards...and I do.

Does that clarify the situation?

I suppose, but beards are hard to peg down. I mean, you've got your rocker-beard, like kings of leon; then you've got your drone-beard, like black angels; your freak folk-beard, devendra banhart; your one-hit wonder indie-beards from Kasabian; not to mention the pop virtuoso-beard of brian wilson.

I appreciate the aesthetic but kissing a dude with a beard would be weird. mine feels wiry and tough. I dunno. maybe beards are the way to go, I must reflect on this.

I think we can all agree that neckbeards are gross though

I am personally a fan of the rock beard a la KOL...big fan.

I've only ever kissed one beard-I found it got wet, which was odd...but maybe he was just a sloppy kisser...I'm willing to try it again. haha
