He and the AD didn't get along at all. There was way too much tension in the program. It was probably a good decision for him.

Well, that makes more sense then. I just thought it was strange because South Carolina isn't a better program than KSU.

A national anthem note: Some songs should not be altered. The National Anthem is one of those songs. Keep it simple and let the singer's voice shine. The Fray were awful.

Sure the score isn't close but I think the quality of play is entertaining. The Butler v UConn final last year was slow, sloppy, bad basketball. Kansas is playing OK. Kentucky is just way better and it's showing on both ends of the court.

UK slowed down the pace in the second half and the game suffered for it. Ultimately they won with stifling defense.

I have to say, even though my team didn't take the game last night, it was a hell of a season, and a much better season than I (and many of folks who posted on this thread early on) had anticipated. Very proud of my Jayhalks and the great season we had. Now I just have to wait and see who's entering the NBA draft and what the team is going to look like next year...
