Yeah, we played like absolute dog shit tonight. Defense and rebounding doesn't come naturally with this year's squad. That being said, SDSU is a dangerous/extremely talented team. Losing tonight wasn't a surprise really. Props to SDSU.

I like coach K and all, but I find it extremely fun to watch him duke in his pants.

Solid game by your boys...Duke got rattled early, recovered, then they just couldn't put anything together after that second OSU run. As much as I hate Buckeye football, their basketball teams the last two years have been easy to root for. Duke's a very good team, not great, this year but they needed a reality check and last night's game served them well.

Carolina and Duke are both frauds. Kentucky is the real deal. Alabama is a sleeper. Louisville is better than Syracuse. Washington is the best team in the Pac-12.

Calling teams like Duke and UNC frauds at this point of the year is absolutely ridiculous, they've been traveling all over the country playing tough opponents. All this is doing right now is building their strengths for conference play and beyond.

Speaking of UW, I'll be at the game tomorrow night watching them spank my hometown Nevada Wolf Pack.

Nevada has been overvalued so far, they were predicted to win the WAC mainly because they had 95% of their roster returning, (and they play in the WAC). They've shot awful so far this year, and I really don't see much improvement on the horizon because they have no dedicated 3-pt shooters and a disjointed offense in general. The talent is there but the pieces aren't being used right.. I think UW will pull away late for a comfortable win..

Still...hoping Nevada improves while the season goes on, Burton the PG is an NBA talent that needs help.

UW seems to always play well against good mid-major competition. Where they struggle sometimes is when they get a little "starstruck".

Not against St. Louis earlier this season. Granted it was an early game in St. Louis but the Huskies got whipped. Couldn't tell exactly what happened because the game wasn't televised but it seems by the time we woke up and started to make some shots it was halftime and we were down by 20. No bueno. Even so I expect to win somewhat handily tonight. Hopefully no one is looking ahead to Marquette and Duke coming up next at MSG.

We played pretty well last night all things considered. Florida really destroyed us on the offensive boards and 2nd chance points.


Also, ASU gave Sendek a 2 year extension. Quite the AD they have up there.
