    The Trilogy

    Cop Shoot Cop

    Gouge Away

All of these are debatable since pretty much every song on them are the best. But they're all perfect endings and I always look forward to hearing them as soon as I put on the first track.

Is it cheating to choose a song that takes up over 50% of an album?

Probably. I would go Godspeed's Yanqui U.X.O.'s Motherfucker=Redeemer / Motherfucker = Redeemer (cont), in that case.

Radiohead- Kid A- Motion Picture Soundtrack. Not technically the best song but just laying in bed in the middle of night waiting for the last part just took you somewhere else.

Bruce Springsteen: Darkness on the Edge of Town - Title Track

Which reminds me, the best "last song of the album is always excellent" band working today: The Hold Steady.
    "Killer Parties"
    "How a Resurrection Really Feels"
    "Southtown Girls"
    "Slapped Actress"

A personal favorite would be Johnny Cash: American Recordings - "The Man Who Couldn't Cry (Live)"

    HA!

Someone of you guys have HORRIBLE CHOICES.

I'll agree with these though (note some of the bands you guys have mention I couldn't give a flying fuck about example Beatles):

When I read this (which I completely disagree with):

Because if you are into modern music at all, you indirectly give a flying fuck about the Beatles. Whatever you listen to was influenced by them. Examples: Arcade Fire and Tool.
