Selling ONE ticket for Pacific Fest OC

I have one extra Pacific Festival ticket for sale. I'll give it up for $45.
The catch is, it's a PDF that has my other ticket attached, SO... the options are to either meet at my place or nearby Friday during the day to do a swap for the printout, or possibly in Echo Park area Friday evening, or meet up at the venue Saturday early afternoon. I expect to arrive at the festival around 2-3pm.
