I really don’t give a shit to be honest with you, I have played in numerous leagues where there have been autopilot champions (those people were never invited back), I do however think that it takes a level of credibility out of a team if it was picked using the best available via Yahoo Sports.

As much as you will stress that it doesn’t take any skill to draft a good fantasy team I think that it takes a level of scouting, number crunching, and risk taking to get all of those points on the board week in and week out and it says a little something about your football instincts, this is essentially what fantasy football is all about. It’s fun and it allows you to exercise and test your knowledge in something while at the same time having the ability to talk some shit and win some money.

If not being available for the draft is an issue. File a complaint. I'm not sure what your point is. I adjust my team and lineup weekly. I missed the draft and it's really not that important to me. If I don't get invited back because of this unforgivable act then so be it. Oh no. I have terrible football instincts. I don't know how i'll live with myself. I honestly had no idea that my absence from draft day was going to hurt so many feelings and take the fun out of the it for others. Was I the only one absent from the draft? Why wasn't this discussed prior to the draft when we were signing up and collecting money?

You find the fun in testing your knowledge and I find it in watching the game and pulling for my players to do well and making adjustments to improve my odds of winning. I guess we play for different reasons.
