Michelle Pfeiffer was great as Catwoman! I have a tough time believe Hathaway will beat her performance. I did not like the casting choice one bit and if there has been one thing that Nolan has struggled with in the Batman series its casting female leads.

Ok guys and gals, let's analyze this photo.

    1. We don't know for sure if it's really the real Anne Hathaway. C'mon, she's wearing a disguise.

    2. If her hair looks childish, can't we rule out that this is a girl and not a woman and thus it's not Anne Hathaway but a brunette Jennifer Lawrence?

    3. With all the leather she has on, could this be a foreshadowing that Anne Hathaway's sex tape will be a latex fetish one?

Anne Hathaway was great in Rachel Getting Married, really her only memorable performance out the films I've seen her in. That role was a definite departure from her previous work and she pulled it off, so that's the only reason I have any optimism about her role in this one.

Plus I feel like she was a really underrated Oscar host. Here's hoping they give her another shot without James Franco dragging down all her best song and dance numbers.

I liked The Devil Wears Prada. But she was a horrible Oscar host.

Michelle Pfeiffer was awesome as Catwoman in Burton's take, but it's time for something different.

And I actually kinda digged the idea of an older Catwoman portrayed by Cher when that one rumor surfaced.

Also, Heath Ledger's tits were nice.

Onto something else: After watching the preview a couple times, I had no idea that the face-masked guy was Bane. I thought it was Heath Ledger as The Joker reincarnated (CGI of course). That sounds weird but seriously, Tom Hardy behind that face-mask, it looks like Ledger's stare.

Please explain how?? i agree with the whole Maggy Gyllenghall/Kate Holmes thing but the rest of the cast is pretty much perfect. Tom Hardy. He's going to break batman's back.

I do too but Catwoman's character will most like have fight/action scenes. Different ballgame.

What the fuck does her being a good or bad Oscar host have anything to do with her role as Catwoman in this movie??

Cher has two Oscar nominations, with one award. Was just throwing that out there. She serves as the Jack Johnson of that discussion, a nomination is not necessarily an absolute standard of talent.

    Nothing.

bobert brought up the Oscar hosting thingie, so I replied that... JEEZ.

Anywho, there was TOTALLY a rumor about Cher being Catwoman:

A studio executive said: "Cher is Nolan's first choice to play Catwoman. He wants her to portray her like a vamp in her twilight years.
    I digged that idea.

Ok, now you need to go read all the graphic novels and come back when your head has been properly fucked.
